1953 Ferrari sold for 8.8 million euros

A rare copy of the 1953 Ferrari was sold last weekend for 8.8 million euros, reported today the Belgian portal "RTBF".

The car is sold in an auction organized by home auctions "RM".

It is a three competing models "375 MM", which in 1953 had been the path Le Man, and the same year took part in the sustainability races through the streets of Belgium, Italy and Mexico.

Not even the biggest optimists have predicted that the price does not go over 5 million euros, but in a lot of competition in the auction participants won a British citizen, avid fans of Italian cars of Ferrari.

At the auction there were other models of the Italian automobile manufacturer, but none of them have managed to bring to the competitive model shadow six decades old.
